Josh and Steph

We are married. We sell houses. We live in Royal Oak & are lifelong residents of the mitten (aka Michigan). We run both our business AND our family ( two kids, Sophie & Lincoln) together.

Background:
After meeting in college (Stephanie has a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University, Go Green!) We worked together in the hospitality industry for over a decade. Between the two of us we have covered almost EVERY role in restaurants and genuinely loved both the atmosphere & the people (coworkers, clients and vendors). But restaurants are hard on family life, and we decided to look for opportunities that provided a better balance.

Five years ago we were given the chance to enter real estate on a sales team with Keller Williams. Stephanie on the administrative side and Josh as a buyer’s agent. This chance was life changing as it gave us an opportunity to try another industry and learn as much as possible in the process.

Today:
Since then Josh has closed over 12 million in sales volume as an agent and Stephane has overseen over 1,000 transactions on the administrative side. We prioritize client service first and foremost and pride ourselves on communication and clarity. We believe buying, selling and investing are HUGE DEALS and should be handled as such. We stand by the fact that no client should ever have to ask us for anything and take a proactive approach to each and every situation we encounter.
