Buying a house for the first time is a terrifying and exciting decision I made a few months ago. Outside of "I want my own space" and "I can probably afford it", I was clueless to the entire process of buying a house. So, scared and blissfully oblivious, I started with a trusted friend's recommendation and called Josh and Steph. What resulted was a three-month experience that was remarkably easy, pleasant, and rewarding. I worked mainly with Josh, and when I say it was as simple as "I called Josh, did a few things he said I should do, and then let him just do his job", I really mean it. He was hard-working, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly from the first call all the way to closing. Josh and Steph also work with great people, so their recommendations for all the other parties involved (mortgage, inspectors, etc.) turned out exceptionally well -- everything from start to finish was smooth sailing. And now? I have a house that I'm in love with, managed to spend about 1/3rd of what I was anticipating in closing costs, and had a fun time doing it. The results speak for themselves.
